It's Heart Health Month!
February is Heart Health Month! Did you know that heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States? I sure do! I've been to the edge and back. I will be sharing a heart health fact every day this month as a reminder to myself and to all of you of the importance of having a healthy heart.
